Welcome to the official Possadillo Art Contest

Humphreys County Sheriff’s Office and Nobody Trashes Tennessee are teaming up for a fun new community art contest! This exciting initiative aims to engage local residents in creative expression while promoting environmental awareness and community pride. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their artistic talents by creating pieces that reflect the beauty of our natural surroundings and the importance of keeping our environment clean.

Celebrating artistic talent and community creativity

This year, we’re challenging our students and community members to combine creativity with keeping Tennessee beautiful by turning litter and recyclable materials into something amazing!

You may be wondering… What in the world is a Possadillo?! 🤔

The Possadillo is a fun, creature that is part possum and part armadillo and is associated with Waverly’s annual Possadillo Festival and 5K!

if you're interested in participating in the 5K there is a link that connects you to the Possadillo registration form.
